• No refunds unless I can't finish your commission
• Payment is through Paypal, DA points, Gcash, Kofi, BuyMeACoffee.
• Can be paid either upfront or after sketchRevisions
• I will update you during Sketch, Inking, and Coloring
• I accept revisions during these process
• Any major revisions during Finalize can lead to an extra feeDelivery
• It may take me time to finish because of school work and personal reasons
• The final artwork will be sent through email (or other ways, just ask)
• You will receive the following:
a) JPG file with watermark
b) PNG file without watermarked (optional)
c) Transparent JPG file without watermark (optional)Artist's Rights
• By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.
• I will not accept a commission if I'm unable/comfortable to draw the character/theme.
• I retain all the rights to the artwork. That means I can use it for commission samples, promotions, etc.
• Violating any of my terms will lead to a blacklist and you will no longer be allowed to commission from meClient Copyright
• The artwork can be used for Personal use
• You are allowed to repost the artwork but with proper credits
• NFTs are strictly prohibited.
• Commercial use is allowed when the fee is paid (Fee levels are below)
a) Level 1 - x2, the artwork is NOT the bulk of the product. (promotional material, CD cover, game assets, business cards, etc; including Patreon, Youtube, store assets, etc.)
b) Level 2 - x3, the artwork IS the bulk of the product and you're reproducing or selling it. (body pillow, postcard, prints, merchandise, etc.)

Transfers
• The design will be transferred to your Toyhouse.
• Designs may be resold if they were obtained using money.
• Designs not obtained using trade or gifts cannot be resold.
• Designs may not be resold for higher than they were purchased for.
• Commissioned/Personal pieces of the design can add to the design's resale value.Payment
• No refunds. If you cannot finish your part, the trade will be off.
• Paypal/Gcash/Others - Money will be paid in USD or PHP. I allow holds and plans for 1week or more.
• DeviantArt Points - Alternative for money. I allow holds and plans for 1week.
• Digital Art - You will be given a 1month deadline. May extend if there is a proper reason.
• Original Characters - This includes regular, and closed species. Toyhouse is very much preferred.
• Others - This can be discussed.Artist Rights
• Before adopting my designs, you agree to my terms of service.
